We want you to feel confident in your edit. To request a return, contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery at Info@theedithousebyelbrand.com or 314.266.9096. Include your order number and the item you would like to return.
Items must be unworn, unused, and have their original tags attached. Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your item; items from different suppliers may require separate returns.
For changes of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping. For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. Please contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can help.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Our 14-day return-request window applies to eligible returns even when a supplier’s reimbursement window is shorter. We handle supplier coordination on your behalf.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
