About our store
THE EDIT HOUSE by EL Brand is operated by The Edit House by El Brand LLC. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the website
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to place an order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use. If you create an account, keep your login details secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
Products and descriptions
We curate products supplied by third-party dropshipping partners. Suppliers ship orders directly to customers, and products may ship from locations outside the United States. We are your point of contact for your purchase.
Please review the item description, material information, measurements, size chart, available options, and any delivery estimate before ordering. Sizing can vary by supplier. Screen settings can affect how colors appear; this does not remove your rights if an item is defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description.
Editorial and lookbook images may be styling inspiration. Only the items and options expressly included in a product listing are included in its purchase.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices and checkout charges are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The checkout total includes the product price and any disclosed shipping charges, discounts, and applicable taxes. Payment is processed by the payment method you select. If you choose a third-party installment or financing service, that provider’s separate terms apply.
We may change prices for future purchases. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.
Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment is subject to payment authorization, product availability, and delivery eligibility. If we identify a material pricing or listing error, unavailable item, delivery restriction, or suspected unauthorized transaction, we will contact you or cancel the affected order as appropriate. We will refund amounts paid for canceled, unfulfilled items. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase an order’s price without your agreement.
Shipping and delays
We currently ship to eligible U.S. addresses only. Processing and transit times vary by supplier and item. Products may arrive separately. Our Shipping Policy explains estimates, tracking, delays, and delivery issues, including your cancellation and refund options for delayed unshipped items.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes may not be possible once supplier processing or shipment has begun. This does not affect cancellation rights for shipment delays or any other rights provided by law. Once an item has shipped, our return policy applies.
Returns and refunds
You may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and have original tags attached. Contact us first for the correct return address and instructions. Customers pay change-of-mind return shipping; we cover return shipping for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item returns. Website content and acceptable use
Our branding, original text, and original creative content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Product images, third-party trademarks, and other supplied materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Do not copy protected content for unauthorized commercial use, misuse the checkout, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, or interfere with site security or other users.
Service and third-party links
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but temporary outages or errors can occur. External websites and services have their own terms. We do not disclaim responsibility that applicable consumer law places on us, and these terms do not waive statutory warranties or remedies.
Updates and questions
We may revise these terms for future use and orders. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. Contact us first with any order concern so we can work toward a resolution.
